On February 18, 2021, Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Brandt
LLC dba All-Safe Abatement Services for violations of the RRP Rule occurring in Kennewick,
Washington. EPA Region 10 alleged that Brandt LLC dba All-Safe Abatement Services failed to
become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as
required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to settle and pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
