On February 17, 2021, Region 1 finalized the order for the expedited settlement agreement (Agreement) with Egan Development, LLC, addressing violations of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Discharges from Construction Activities (CGP) at the Heritage Park site in Whitman, Massachusetts. Pursuant to the Agreement, Egan Development, LLC will pay a $7,200 penalty.
