On February 17, 2021, Region 1 finalized the order for the expedited settlement agreement (Agreement) with Royal Haven Builders, Inc., addressing violations of the General Permit for Discharges from Construction Activities (CGP) at the Mayflower Landing site in Pelham, New Hampshire. On September 30, 2020, EPA conducted an inspection at Mayflower Landing and observed a failure to stabilize disturbed areas and a failure to submit a Notice of Intent for coverage under EPA?s CGP. Pursuant to the Agreement, Royal Haven Builders, Inc. will pay a $7,800 penalty.
