On February 23, 2021, Region 1 finalized an order for the expedited settlement agreement (Agreement) concerning Dat Tieu Enterprise LLC's failure to obtain a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit for Discharges from Construction Activities (CGP) at the Woodland Park site in Brockton, Massachusetts. An off-site investigation revealed the site was disturbing earth but failed to obtain permit coverage under EPA's CGP. Pursuant to the Agreement, Dat Tieu Enterprise LLC obtained CGP coverage and will pay a $3,000 penalty.
