On January 11, 2021, Region 3 issued a Notice of Refusal of Admissions (NORA) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to refuse admission of a misbranded pesticide device imported by Heraeus Noblelight America, LLC through the port of Washington DC-Dulles.
