Jedi E-Commerce (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. imported 254 Garwinner gasoline chainsaws with engines that are not covered by an EPA-issued Certificate of Conformity as required by 40 C.F.R. ? 1068.101(a)(1). This ESA requires Jedi E-Commerce (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. to pay a penalty of $3,556 and provide to EPA documentation showing that the chainsaws have been destroyed, exported to a country other than Canada or Mexico, or are under exclusive control by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) pending exportation or destruction.
