A review of manifests related to Cactus? hazardous waste transportation identified manifested shipments of hazardous waste that were stored at the Dallas facility for more than 10 days. Therefore, EPA alleges that CACTUS is in violation of 30 TEX.ADMIN.CODE ?335.94 [40 C.F.R. ? 263.12(a)]. A civil penalty of Twenty Thousand, Two-Hundred and Ninety-Four Dollars ($20,294) was assessed. Cactus is also ordered to take actions, within 60 calendar days, to return to compliance.
