## Summary

This is a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO or ?the Order?) issued by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA or ?the Agency?) concerning the Lumin LM3000 Multipurpose UV Sanitizer (?Lumin LM3000?) and the Lumin Bullet CPAP Hose Cleaner (?Lumin Bullet?) (collectively, the Lumin Products). This SSURO requires 3B Medical, Inc. (?3B Medical?) to immediately halt the distribution or sale of the Lumin Products except for product movement to effectuate labeling, as provided for by the Order. The Order is effective immediately upon receipt.

Section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA or ?the Act?), 7 U.S.C. ? 136k(a), authorizes the Administrator of the EPA to issue an order prohibiting the sale, use, or removal of any pesticide or device by any person who owns, controls, or has custody of such pesticide or device whenever there is reason to believe that the pesticide or device is in violation of any provision of FIFRA or has been or is intended to be distributed or sold in violation of any provision of the Act. The EPA has reason to believe that 3B Medical has been distributing or selling misbranded pesticide devices identified as the Lumin LM3000 Multipurpose UV Sanitizer and the Lumin Bullet CPAP Hose Cleaner. The distribution or sale of a misbranded pesticide device is an unlawful act pursuant to section 12(a)(1)(F) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(1)(F).

The issuance of this SSURO shall not act as a waiver by the EPA
