This Administrative Order on Consent (Order) is entered into voluntarily by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Nammo Defense Systems (Respondent) regarding Respondent's facility at 4051 N. Higley Road, Mesa, Arizona (the Facility). This Order provides for the performance of corrective action activities at or in connection with the Facility including all Areas of Concern.
