On March 5, 2021, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Aktive Health LLC, located in Naples, Florida. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(1)(A), for selling or distributing unregistered pesticide products. Aktive Health must pay a civil penalty of $51,856 within 30 days of the filing date of the CAFO.
