Respondent distributed an unregistered and misbranded pesticide, the PlaneAire Travel Mist. The PlaneAire Travel Mist label contained false and misleading public health claims. The Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $100,000 and return to compliance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
