EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to RRA Hinds Wildcat Water System owned by the Red River Authority of Texas (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system in Wilbarger County, Texas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the maximum contaminant level for Nitrate. The AO requires Respondent to follow the proposed schedule submitted to EPA to address the maximum contaminant level violations.
