On July 1, 2020, EPA issued an Advisory Letter (enclosed) to Everest Microbial Defense notifying you of potential FIFRA violations of section 12(a)(2)(G), 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(2)(G), for using registered pesticides in a manner inconsistent with label directions and section 12(a)(1)(B) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. ? 136j (a)(1)(B), for making claims as a part of distribution that substantially differ from any claims made as a part of the statement required in connection with registration.
