On May 19, 2021, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to All
About Anything Construction LLC, located in Seabeck, Washington, for violations of the Toxic
Substance Control Act's (TSCA's) Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in
Bremerton, Washington. EPA Region 10 alleged that All About Anything Construction LLC failed to
maintain all records for a period of 3 years following the completion of a renovation project on a pre-
1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty amount of
$200.
