## Summary

On March 22, 2021, the Regional Judicial Officer executed a Final Order ratifying the Consent Agreement entered into by the Director of ECAD and Centre Concrete Company ( Respondent ) for violations of NPDES Industrial Stormwater Permit, NPDES Permit No. PAS144813.  Respondent s ready-mix cement manufacturing facility is located at 2280 E. College Avenue, State College, Pennsylvania (the  Facility ) and discharges into an unnamed tributary to Spring Creek. Under the terms of the Consent Agreement and Final Order, Respondent will pay a civil penalty of $50,000.00. EPA has coordinated with PADEP North Central Regional Office ( NCRO ) throughout the enforcement process. This Consent Agreement and Final Order initiates and concludes this penalty action.
