On December 11, 2020, Region 1 issued a Clean Air Act administrative order (AO) to ISO New England Inc. (ISO NE) requiring compliance with an earlier Section 114 reporting requirement. The AO and the reporting requirement seek information from ISO NE on facilities with engines in demand response programs potentially subject to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for stationary reciprocating internal combustion engines, found at 40 CFR Part 63, Subpart ZZZZ. The AO required submission of the requested information by December 31, 2020.
