On March 16, 2021, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Tri-
City Glass Inc for violations of the Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in
Kennewick, Washington. EPA Region 10 alleged that Tri-City Glass Inc failed to become RRP firm
certified prior to performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP
Rule. Respondent agreed to settle and pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
