On February 26, 2021, EPA completed an Off-Site Desk Audit evaluating the Village's compliance with its MS4 General Permit. EPA identified that the Village failed to adequately develop, implement and document outfall inspections, training, self-assessments of municipal operations, and construction site inspections. EPA's Order establishes a compliance schedule to address each deficiency.
