On March 29, 2021, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to Section 309 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. ? 1251 et seq.) to Whitney Oil and Gas, LLC located in the Gulf of Mexico. The AO was issued in response to DMR effluent and non-receipt violations. Whitney Oil and Gas, LLC must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this AO.
