On March 25, 2021, EPA issued A Clean Water Act Administrative Order to the town of Raymond NH for their failure to submit municipal separate storm sewer (MS4) annual reports per the requirements of their National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits. The Town will be required to submit the required reports to EPA within 15 days of the Order. Region 1 implements the NPDES program in New Hampshire and coordinated with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services on this matter.
