On April 28, 2021, EPA Region 10 settled with Kaliber Global LLC (Bellevue, Washington) for
violations of FIFRA. Respondent violated Section 12(a)(1)(F) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(F), on
at least 78 occasions by distributing or selling misbranded pesticide devices, Sonic Mole Repeller,
Sonic Mole Repeller LED, and Sonic Pest Repeller from 8/24-9/24/2018. The company agreed to pay a
penalty of $41,200.
