In regards to a petroleum product spill from Pipeline 19 in the vicinity of South Broadway in Walnut Creek, California, Kinder Morgan, Inc. is ordered to remove and mintgate the discharge or threat of continued discharge of petroleum products onto navigable waters and any adjoining shorelines from Pipeline 16.
