Little Me, Inc. attempted to import 150, 52-cc chainsaws and 121, 60-cc chainsaws on December 26, 2020. None of the engines had Emission Control Information Labels indicating EPA Certification and Little Me had not submitted an EPA declaration form or a valid EPA Certificate of Conformity for any of the engines. Hence they cannot be imported into the U.S. Settlement was reached and payment of $2,350 was made.
