On April 9, 2021, the Regional Judicial Officer issued a Final Order accepting the Expedited Settlement Agreement to settle RCRA violations and violations of Virginia's underground storage tank (UST) program by PM Properties Inc. c/o CrossAmerica Partners. PM Properties Inc. is the UST owner and operator of four (4) underground storage tanks located at CrossAmerica Partners' VA0122 in Weyers Cave, Virginia. Region 3's enforcement team, in coordination with VADEQ, was able to resolve the UST violations of failing to have adequate spill prevention devices on two (2) of their tanks. The violations were discovered through information collected from an Off-Site Compliance Monitoring Letter that was sent to the facility on January 26, 2021, and subsequent information gathering. The respondent has agreed to pay a $1,880 penalty and has returned to compliance with the violations.
