On April 14,2021, EPA Region 10 issued a SSURO to Gazelle LLC (Anchorage, Alaska) for violations
of FIFRA. Respondent violated Section 12(a)(1)(F) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(F), by importing a
misbranded pesticide device. The company agreed to provide proof of product relabeling in compliance
with FIFRA.
