On December 8, 2020, EPA issued a FIFRA Notice of Warning to JK&T Wings, Inc. of Shelby Township, Michigan, parent company to Buffalo Wild Wings of Burlington, Massachusetts for its misuse of a cleaning product at its facility. That misuse resulted in the death of an employee.
