EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Coryell City Water Supply District (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system in Coryell City, Texas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). The AO requires Respondent, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the AO, perform a level 1 assessment and complete a site sampling plan.
