On 10/10/19, EPA conducted an SPCC inspection at the Getty Amoco #29 and Carney 4-5 production facilities owned by Rio Mesa Resources. The facilities did not have SPCC plans at the time of inspection. EPA worked to bring them back into compliance and issued an expedited settlement agreement to resolve the violations.
