On May 5, 2021, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Signature
Window Replacement, Inc. dba Signature Window & Door Replacement, Inc. ( Signature ) located in
Kent, Washington, for violations Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in
Seattle, Washington. EPA Region 10 alleged that Signature failed to become RRP firm certified prior to
performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule.
Respondent agreed to settle and pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
