Originally referred to DOJ in May 2014, warrant issued October 9, 2014, expired October 9. 2016. July 2016 and October 2018, renewal requests for warrant were sent to DOJ. Renewed warrant issued April 22, 2019, expired April 22, 2021. EPA expects it will need an additional two years to complete inspection and sampling work needed to develop RI/FS.
