On October 23, 2019, EPA conducted an on-site inspection at Caribbean Can Manufacturing Company, LLC in Cidra, PR to determine compliance with Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) chemical reporting requirements. EPA identified non-reporting violations. The facility has submitted the associated reporting forms, has created a compliance plan to prevent recurrence of the violations, and has agreed to pay a penalty of $60,700.
