In accordance with the requirements of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, as amended, notice is hereby given of the proposed settlement under CERCLA, between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Department of Interior, the State of Utah, and Big Hoss Properties, LLC to resolve its alleged civil liability at the Richardson Flat Tailings Site in Summit County, Utah.
