EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to the City of Lawn located in Lawn, TX. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). The AO requires the City of Lawn to submit a sampling plan for the RTCR to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for review and approval. The City of Lawn must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days of the receipt of the AO.
