On May 3, 2021, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Wesco Chemicals Inc. of Waxahachie, TX. The ESAFO was issued in response to an alleged violation of Section 7(c) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136e(c), for failing to timely submit an annual pesticide production report on or before March 1, 2020. Wesco Chemicals has corrected the alleged violation and has paid a civil penalty of $500.
