On May 19, 2021, EPA Region 6 issued a Complaint and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing pursuant to Section 14(a) of FIFRA to Stoller USA Inc. located in Houston, TX. The Complaint was issued in response to multiple violations of FIFRA Section 12(a)(l)(A), 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(l)(A), for the sale of unregistered pesticides.
The proceeding was terminated by Stoller paying the penalty of $530,000 within thirty days of receiving the Complaint. A final order was filed on June 9, 2021.
