EPA conducted an inspection of the Facility on February 25-28, 2020, to determine Respondents compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 42 USC 7412(r), and 40 CFR Part 68. Violations included operating procedures 68.12(d)(3) and management of change, 68.12(d)(3).
