On May 17, 2021, Region III issued a Notice of Warning (NOW) to Fritz McGrail Crop and Grain Fritz McGrail in connection with the sale and distribution of the pesticide Resolve Q with violative labels from their EPA-registered Bellefonte, Pennsylvania pesticide production establishment. The pesticide label was violative because it did not include necessary directions for use and precautionary statements. The NOW requires Fritz McGrail to come into compliance with FIFRA.
