Violations include: failure to monitor the System's water for nitrate during 2019; failure to monitor for volatile organic compounds (VOCs), synthetic organic contaminants (SOCs) and inorganic contaminants (IOCs) during January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2019; failure to report radionucleides results with 10 days after the end of the monitoring period and failure to certify the 2017 Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) had been distributed to System's consumers.
