On June 2, 2021, EPA filed a Clean Water Act expedited settlement agreement (Agreement) with Harbor Classic Homes LLC that addresses the company's failure to obtain coverage under the NPDES General Permit for Discharges from Construction Activities at the Elm Street construction site in Lunenburg, Massachusetts. Pursuant to the Agreement, Harbor Classic Homes will pay a $4,200 penalty and will be required to submit a notice of intent for permit coverage. EPA implements the NPDES program in Massachusetts and notified the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection of this matter.
