On November 10, 2021, the Regional Judicial Officer entered a Final Order ratifying a Consent Agreement between EPA and 930 Port Street, Inc. ( Respondent ), in connection with their underground storage tanks at Respondent's facility located at 930 Port Street, Easton, Maryland (the Facility ). This CAFO resolves violations of RCRA Subtitle I, and the State of Maryland's federally authorized underground storage tank program by Respondent alleged in an Administrative Complaint and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing filed against the Respondent on May 6, 2021. Under the terms of the settlement, Respondent will pay a civil penalty in the amount of $30,000.00.
