JUNE 8, 2021 - CONSENT AGREEMENT AND FINAL ORDER ISSUED: On November 5 through 6, 2019, the EPA and Kentucky Department of Environmental Protection (KYDEP) conducted a compliance evaluation inspection (CEI) at Respondent's Facility. The EPA's findings of the CEI were documented in a Report mailed to the Respondent, dated February 13, 2020, and in a subsequent letter received by Respondent on April 20, 2020.
