On June 16, 2021, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Rigg
Construction Inc. (Rigg Construction) located in Middleton, Idaho, for violations of TSCAs Lead-
Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in Boise, Idaho. EPA Region 10
alleged that Rigg Construction failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work
on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty
amount of $200.
