On February 23, 2021 thru March 9, 2021, an authorized representative of the EPA conducted a Virtual Partial Compliance Evaluation (VPCE) of Respondent's facility, located in Tarzan, Texas to determine compliance with the Risk Management Program (RMP) regulations promulgated at 40 CFR Part 68. Respondent had violated 40 CFR 68.195(b) Required Corrections by failing to update emergency contact information within one month of a change in emergency contact data.
