1. The applied label differs from the registered product?s master label:
a) The label on the repackaged pesticide product is nearly illegible;
b) The label on the repackaged pesticide product does not contain directions for use; and
c) The label on the repackaged pesticide product contains the signal word danger but the signal word on the master label of the registered product is caution.
2. The text of the labeling of the repackaged export pesticide product is not provided in the language of the relevant foreign country, which renders it an unregistered product for purposes of exporting. The repackaged pesticide product is misbranded because the applied label differs from the pesticide product EPA Reg. No. 71806-1 master label and because the label of an unregistered export product must contain the statement ?Not Registered for Use in the United States of America.? The label on the export product does not contain the required statement.
