Respondent is performing a PCB cleanup at the Hatco/Lanxess site in Fords, NJ under a Risk-based PCB remediation approval issued by EPA Region 2. Respondent shipped one drum of PCB waste for disposal without identifying it as PCB on the manifest. The waste was later disposed in an authorized TSCA facility.
