On June 1, 2021, a Notice of Warning was sent to Respondent for failing to maintain required records
related to the production of pesticides in refillable pesticide containers. Respondent failed maintain
residue removal instructions in distribution agreements and EPA reigstration number and container
serial number when filling refillable pesticide containers.
