EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Valley Estates (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system in Shallowater, Texas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). The AO requires Respondent to submit an RTCR site sampling plan, pursuant to the RTCR, within 30 days of receipt of the order.
