Targa provided a Final Report related to a USEPA Notice of Potential Violation and Opportunity to
Confer (letter) dated March 16, 2021 for the Chico Gas Plant (the facility) located at 383 Country Road
1745 in Chico, Wise County, Texas. Targa provided information requested via email by Dr. Jack Arias the
week of May 10th, and that information was discussed on a conference call between EPA (Dr. Arias) and
Targa (Kate Magee, Andy Truhan, and Shannon French) on May 17, 2021. The information and
attachments in this Final Report were requested during the May 17th conference call and discussed during
a call on June 2, 2021. Targa received an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) from EPA formally
requesting the final report on June 10, 2021.
