On June 29, 2021, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order with DDM Imports, Inc. (DDM) for
violations of Title II of the Clean Air Act. DDM imported two uncertified motor vehicles in November
2020. The violation was identified by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers located at in
Eastport, Idaho and referred to EPA requesting follow up. DDM will pay a civil penalty of $66,622.
