On July 16, 2021, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Petra Inc
located in Meridian, Idaho, for violations of TSCAs Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and
Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in Boise, Idaho. EPA Region 10 alleged that Petra Inc failed to become
RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on a pre-1978 child-occupied facility as
required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
